As a landscape architect, Dan will, in collaboration with the client, plan and design a concept plan for a personal home or commercial property such as residential developments, shopping malls, gardens, restaurants, waterfront developments, and other commercial centers. The design will take into consideration the aesthetic as well as the practical installation. The client is provided a comprehensive construction document that they can use to obtain bids from installers. The selected installer will be able to execute the design by following the detailed design plan created by Dan.
